Cancelation policy:

If you make an error during check out and need to cancel or edit an order please inform us within 24 hours of the order.

Outside of the 24 hour period the orders will ship as purchased.

All properly canceled orders will be fully refunded.

Once the order has shipped orders are unchangeable and non-refundable.

We hold the right to cancel any orders.

We highly recommend you use overnight shipping for

TYB and Extender orders. Only overnight orders are guaranteed to arrive cold.

For shipping directly to your donor just add their name and address in the designated fields during checkout.
